NewRev AIREFERRAL TERMS
Plain language terms for pros, directors of golf and GMs who introduce courses and businesses to NewRev AI (A Nehemiah Project LLC dba NewRev AI).
1. What you earn
For each course or business you introduce that becomes a NewRev client, you earn a one time $1,000 referral bonus, plus 5% of that client's monthly billing every month for life. On a client paying $2,000 a month, that is $100 a month. "For life" means for as long as that client stays a NewRev client. Member business referrals pay the same way.
2. When it starts
The 5% is earned on the client's billing from its second month onward. Nothing is paid until the client has been live and paying for 60 days. At that point we pay the $1,000 bonus and any 5% earned so far, and then the 5% every month after. If a client leaves or stops paying before the 60 day mark, no bonus and no 5% are owed.
3. Who gets credit
Whoever submits a course or business first through the referral form gets credit, unless NewRev is already talking with that course or business when you submit. We will confirm credit to you in writing after we reach out.
4. When you get paid
Payouts are made monthly, after the referred client's payment is collected. The 5% is based only on revenue NewRev actually collects. Nothing is owed on amounts that are billed but not collected.
5. If you leave your course or stop referring
Your payouts follow you, not your job. If you change clubs, leave the business or stop making introductions, you keep earning on the clients you already referred, under these same terms, as long as those clients stay and pay. Just keep your payment details current with us.
6. Refunds and clawbacks
If NewRev refunds or returns money it collected from a client you referred, the payout tied to that money is reversed. This includes the $1,000 bonus if the money behind it is refunded. We will subtract it from your next payouts, or ask you to repay it if no future payouts are due. Clawbacks only ever apply to revenue that was collected and then refunded or returned.
7. We tell the course you are paid
We tell every course or business you refer that you are paid for the introduction. You agree to be open about it too.
8. Your role
You are an independent referral source, not an employee or agent of NewRev. You do not sell, sign up clients or make promises on NewRev's behalf. Please do not promise any results.
9. No guarantees
Examples and results shown on our pages are illustrations, not guarantees of income or results. Your payouts depend on which clients sign, what they pay and how long they stay.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on your payouts. We may ask for a tax form before paying you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for future introductions. Changes will not reduce payouts on clients you referred before the change.
